Terms of Use

These terms apply to Purrl — Untangle the Yarn, published by Erek Studio. By downloading or using Purrl, you agree to these terms and the rules of the store that supplied the app.

Eligibility and licence

Purrl is intended for people aged 18 and over. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.

Gameplay, ads, and purchases

Purrl may show between-level interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads. The non-consumable “Remove Ads” purchase removes between-level ads; rewarded ads remain available if you choose to use them. Prices, payment processing, family sharing, taxes, refunds, and restoration are handled by Apple or Google under their store rules. Virtual charms, hints, rewards, scores, and progress have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

Leaderboard conduct

If you choose a leaderboard display name, it must not be unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonating, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not manipulate scores, automate requests, reverse engineer security controls, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. We may filter names and remove, reset, or block leaderboard entries that violate these rules or threaten service integrity.

Availability and changes

We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features, ads, rewards, or online services. Internet-dependent features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, provider outages, or changes outside our control. We do not promise that leaderboard positions or local progress will always be preserved.

Ownership and feedback

Purrl, including its code, art, audio, text, and branding, is owned by Erek Studio or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You keep rights in the display name you submit and give us a limited licence to process and display it for the leaderboard. If you send feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Disclaimers and liability

Purrl is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, Erek Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, or loss arising from unavailable online features. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to mandatory law. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
